The driving force behind constant and successful business growth is the presence of skilled and dedicated Account Managers. We’re looking for a highly-skilled hands-on Account Manager to contribute to Artekz' growth and help us improve our position as an innovative, young, progressive, and top-quality authority. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B SaaS sales as well as strong communication and negotiation skills. He/She will be expected to prepare and present proposals to potential customers with a consultative approach.
Our clients come from a variety of industries and we implement processes of all kinds, from Accounting to Human Resources Management. Openness to learn and present demos of any workflow or process is needed, for it is what we do every day.

- Time zones: North America time zones. We have flexible working hours. Nevertheless, this position requires the Account Managers to connect with our potential customers during their working hours

Responsibilities
To Develop & Grow
Your main challenge will be selling our software portfolio to companies seeking ERP solutions. You will handle the whole sales pipeline independently by prospecting potential customers, presenting solutions, negotiating the contract, and closing the deal.
To overcome this challenge you will have to:
- Automate your prospecting using our internal tools to expand your reach, but without losing the human elite consulting that differentiates us
- Identify, classify, segment, and prioritize potential customers in line with the Business Development Plan and Budget
- Develop empathy with our potential customers to present the best possible solution according to their needs and budget
- Plan along with our Project Managers the best way to implement Odoo for our potential customers depending on their business stage, needs, and objectives
- Give business presentations and software demonstrations
- Create a development path for our new and existing customers in the middle term by expanding the value of our solutions, holding presentations and demonstrations as part of our cross-selling strategy, as well as following up and closing the sale of new services
- Coordinate with other departments to carry out demonstrations or other useful commercial activities to enhance the sales process and convey the value of Artekz to the potential customer
- Analyze your productivity KPIs that will age your value and project your professional career
- Manage and get the most out of your sales activity through Artekz CRM and automation tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communication, digital marketing, international business, business management, or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
- Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software
- Any Sales Certification is a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in direct SaaS sales in any industry
- 2-5 years of experience interacting with stakeholders of different cultures
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
